The performer borrows a pack of cards, which, if desired, may be thoroughly shuffled either by the lender or by another spectator. Without arranging the cards in any special order, and without "sighting" any of them, the magician deals four packets, of five cards each, face down on the table. The entire procedure is exactly as if a game of poker or nap were about to be played.

Any member of the audience selects one of the four hands. No force, direct or indirect, is employed. The three packets not chosen are returned to the pack. The person holding the selected hand is requested to choose...

An incredibly fair new two packet "B'wave" effect with a killer ending that nobody will see coming.

The Effect:

Two packets of cards are introduced: one red and one blue, each containing four cards. The magician asks that the audience to imagine that each packet contains a four-of-a-kind, say the four twos. The blue packet is shown to a spectator and clearly contains all four twos. The packet is turned face down and given a quick mix. The first spectator now selects a card in a very fair manner. You then cut the card face up into the middle of the otherwise face down deck, which you then table.

You ask the second spectator to turn back, and you introduce sixteen cards with numbers written on them. They now choose four of the sixteen number cards, again in a very fair manner. Addicted To Power
The spectator chooses a random number of cards and a random selection from the deck. The random cards have letters on their faces. If you read the letters they give you the name of the selection! After this the magician shows that all the other cards in the deck are blank!

A three phased easy to do routine that gives your spectator an experience of what it feels to be a mentalist.

Phase 1: 5 business cards are shown, each having the ESP symbols and are laid face down towards them. The performer introduces another set of 5, with a little thought points to one of them and asks them to point a card in their pile which they think matches the performer's card. They do so, and it matches.

Phase 2: The performer draws one of the symbols on a business card and the spectator correctly guess which one has been drawn.
