The Fan Change
This is what Daniel considers to be a signature color-change and it is one of his favorites. A card is turned face up on top of the deck. The deck is fanned and before the fan closes the face up card has changed to another card.

The fan change is impromptu, it can be performed with any deck of cards and isn't hard to achieve. To stub a misconception...the top card is not being taken away from...

The performer introduces two red-back cards from his pocket and places them face down on the surface. He then tells a tale of association and how he always associates these two cards with coffee and cigarettes as these very cards where used in a trick shown to him by a good friend over coffee and cigarettes. Deck switching: The act of secretly switching one deck for another during play.

This is a very flexible pseudo memorized deck routine resulting from the combination of "Memoria" and "Snapshot".

• Memoria: This is what it looks like to the audience: Someone shuffles the pack; you let them peek at one card and shuffle it again. The deck is then spread face up on the table. The problem with all existing memorized stack systems is that they use memorization systems not specifically designed for a memorized stack. Most memory systems are designed for the retention of LOTS of information for a relatively SHORT amount of time.
