Mail Mentalism is a card trick that can be done via mail, email, phone, radio, across rooms or other communication channels. It is an automatic effect where you only provide instructions but do not require any feedback or response. The spectator will need a deck of cards. The instructions are customized for each occasion.

This is a great trick to amaze somebody long distance, be it to solicit a possible engagement, introduce yourself to a journalist, or even fooling a magic friend.

Here is a list of the contents:

Predestination - A deck is shuffled by the spectator, and a card is thought of. The participant deals cards until they find the one they thought of. You have predicted the exact position it was found in. No forces involved, and nothing is said out-loud by the participant. Oh, and you can perform this blindfolded.

You show four queens. The two black queens are placed on the table, the two red queens are retained in the hands. But despite this separation, they change places and the red queens are now on the table and the black queens are in the hands. The next phase is a little 'oil and water' sequence where the queens are mixed black, red, black, red but quickly separate themselves again into two black and two red queens. The startling climax is that all four cards change their back colors.

This ebook includes more than 130 photos to illustrate the moves...

This lightweight mental effect is suitable for close up, parlor or even stage and is very simple to do. A map is shown which has six named locations marked on it. A spectator mentally selects one and records his choice on a small card which is concealed in an envelope. Cards bearing the names of the six locations are shuffled by a spectator and placed by him entirely at random into six envelopes which are then given out to audience members. Despite all this, a prediction shown at the start leads to the correct person holding the envelope which contains the spectator's chosen island location. ...

Despite the fact that the lady helper selected any card to write on, that she shuffled the pile of envelopes herself, that she was the one who decided who received which envelope, such is her amazing intuition when the spectators themselves remove the cards from their envelopes, Sophie discovers she has been given the card with her name on!

Presented correctly this is a real reputation maker and is something people tend to talk about afterwards as it all seems so impossible.

Magnetic Coins - two half dollars are tipped from a purse and covered by two cards. Instantly they jump together under a single card. Splitting them up, the coins are covered again, only once more to end up together.
