From a shuffled deck, which could be borrowed, a spectator is given the opportunity to think of any one of potentially dozens of cards you offer to show them at different random points...

A bunch of numbers from 1 to 52 are presented to a spectator. Some are written in red, some are in black. From now on, the performer will not look or touch anything. A spectator thinks secretly of one of the numbers, and has to lie when she names the color of the number among a few other ones. There is absolutely no force.

Then she shuffles a deck of cards (that can be borrowed or even imaginary!), and deals the cards face up, just saying if they are red or black. When she reaches her card, she has to lie. The performer immediately stops her at this card, even though he did not look or touch...

This is Stephen's stage size Find the Lady Routine using any three ungimmicked, any size cards. It can be done close-up with playing cards or business cards. It can be done on stage with A2 size cards with cartoon pictures on them or images of the company logo. The possibilities are endless.

Because the cards are ungimmicked, it can be customized to the client. So you can have a picture of the bride in-between two pictures of the groom for a wedding. You can have a picture of the company boss in-between two signs that say "You'r Fired" for a corporate dinner party.

Thimble Stars is a 4 minute thimble manipulation routine, as Stephen performs in his children's show, adult parlour, and in close-up situations.

He performs it over 250 times a year in his children's show to comedy patter, which ends in a spring rabbit production. His close-up version ends with the vanish of all four thimbles.
