This is a 15 minute mind reading piece containing 4 phases. It uses a few blank business cards, a few envelopes and a few papers - all normal and ungimmicked.

Phase One - A participant chooses a famous quote, silently in her mind, from among several options. Nothing is spoken or written down by the participant. And yet, the performer reads the participant's mind and divines the chosen quote.

Phase Two - A second participant chooses a famous person, very randomly, from among several possibilities. Weirdly, it so coincides that the famous quote chosen by the first participant happens to...

The spectator is offered the opportunity to create life. It's one thing for a mentalist to read a spectator, there are techniques for age estimation and cold reading is often used to explain traits of their personalities. This is not a demonstration of cold reading.

This is a demonstration of sheer thought reading. I would like you to create a character in your mind, somebody completely different from yourself - make this hard for me! I want you to decide upon, in your mind, several details of this fictitious person.

1. Whether they are male or female
2. Their hair color
3. Their first name ...

The mindreader invites four women to join him on stage. Together, they will create the man of their dreams, while picking up elements on Plastic Surgery Center's flyers... At the end, the mindreader shows in a funny way that he knew about the price they would come up with!

Yep, this routine is a "menu trick-like" with a good bunch of ideas, subtleties, and it is an entertaining moment in your show with a strong funny potential. It finishes on a "wow!", and yes, you will instantly love it and have your imagination working on other themes.

Have you ever noticed that sometimes daughters and mothers look similar, not only because of genes, but also the way they dress, their hair style or colour, their glasses, etc. Same thing with pets, especially dogs. Sometimes, they really look like their owner.

You show a bunch of photos in one pile, and you show another pile face down, without showing the photos. "There is a sosie...

An envelope is shown and a single card removed from inside, but not shown. The envelope is otherwise empty. This card is a prediction and is replaced into the envelope and left in view. Six Jumbo cards are freely and openly displayed and various spectators are asked to choose any of the cards to eliminate until just one is left.

Despite the fact that there is genuinely no force or selection control, the prediction card exactly matches the randomly arrived at selection.

This direct effect is ideal for a close-up or parlor show.
