This is a system to easily remember one or two cards, say two key cards, and not forget them during the performance of your routine. It is not an associative memory system.
Some card routines, particularly the recently published ones in Sunken Treasury by Nick Conticello require one to remember two key cards. In the heat of performing such an effect these can be forgotten, rendering the trick a failure. This system allows you to easily keep track of one or two or more cards that you want to remember.
There is very little to learn for this system. Reading this manuscript should be enough to put this system to work....

What the audience sees and hears:
The Performer brings out a deck of cards and points to a person asking him to think of any card but not the Ace (as its common for people to go for it) and another person to think of a number between 1 and 48. He then proceeds to pull out the Aces meanwhile handing out small packets of cards to 4 different audience members and asks them to shuffle the cards thoroughly. While they are busy shuffling, the two audience members are asked to name their thought of card and the number for the first time.
Once the shuffling...

Phase 1: After a series of fair shuffles, a deck is spread and committed to memory by the performer. A spectator removes one card from the deck and places it in a different part of the spread. The performer correctly identifies both the selected card and the position it was moved from. This can be repeated several times.
Phase 2: The spectator chooses any suit, and without looking, the performer is able to call out the correct order of cards from the shuffled suit as the deck dealt out.
Phase 3: With the deck remaining in the spectators hands, they name any number and the performer is...

An incredible Card To Impossible Location system.
"A KILLER idea!" - Dave Forrest
"Another very commercial winner from the fertile mind of Cameron Francis. This one hits, and hits hard. It's expertly explained and taught, as are all of Mr. Francis' releases. A serious fooler, and highly recommended - - - period." - Daniel Ulin
"One of the best uses of this principle I have seen. Very clever!" - Peter Duffie
A card is selected. The spectator makes a random doodle on the card. The doodle is filled in to create a picture, say of a fish. The card then vanishes and reappears... wherever you want it to!...
As the title says, this is an overview of the subject, impromptu and otherwise. For the really sincere mentalism worker, a carefully worked out ebook on the subject. Several spectators are asked to choose numbers at random, which are then added together in a totally random manner. Yet in spite of the fact that the mentalist could have no idea what numbers would be chosen, and couldn't control what order they would be added up in, when his prediction is shown, it is seen that he was somehow able to predict the exact total!
From the early methods of accomplishing this miracle, to the most recent...
INTRODUCTION: Everyone has a mom. And everyone knows just how hard moms work to give their children the love and attention they need to grow into successful adults. Is it possible to forget your mom? Not unless maybe you have Alzheimer's. Or, unless you are the spectator in this effect. This is an application of an underutilized (and somewhat lost) principle that will cause a spectator to forget his own mom!
EFFECT: Using a hypnosis premise, you tell the spectator a very simple story that involves his mother. Despite the fact you ask him to say the word "mom", he will be unable to do so....
Defy gravity! Learn the secret to levitate money, matches, cards, knives, canes, balls and even yourself.
You will learn:
Tarbell Course contributor Nick Conticello is proud to release the first installment of a book he calls "a five-part meditation on one of the most powerful principles in card magic, the sunken key card."
Sunken Treasury Parts One and Two consists of fourteen effects based on essentially new concepts, material that is unlike anything you have seen before (unless you have seen Nick perform!)
Highlights include:
THE SLEIGHT-OF-MIND ROUTINE: A routine of three effects involving selected cards and a pair of Deuces.
MENTAL POLYGRAPH: A spectator thinks of a card and loses it in the pack herself. She...
